Firstly take a half kg mutton clean and wash nicely in normal water and marinate with ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, meat masala, 2 tbsp curd mix it well and keep it in the freeze whole night, make tomato puree, next day take all the above ingredients together and marinated mutton, heat the pan add 1 tbsp oil and roast all the dried masala, Cinnamon, cardamom, red dried chili, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, black pepper, half dry Coconut 🥥 slices.

Roast the masala in the oil if masala fry let it cool, and transferrin the mixture jar,

And grind everything with water or without water I can grind with water together into a fine paste. now heat the pressure cooker pour 1 tbsp oil add the marinated mutton and mix it well add 2 glasses of hot water into it cover the lid n cook 4 to 5 whistles.

After that switch of the flame open the lid, and separate the boiled mutton and soup, now our ingredients are ready to cook Chettinad mutton curry.

Heat the pan pour oil add cumin seeds and bay leaf saute for a minute add chopped onion and salt and cook till the onion color change.

After that our onion is cook add all the dry masalas red chili powder, garam masala, Kashmiri Lal powder, tomato puree, and ground Chettinad masala paste, curry leaves, and some Coriander leaves.

And mix it well add some hot water and cook for 5 minutes, after that add boil mutton pieces,

And mix them keep the gas on high flame keep stirring continuously add some Coriander leaves, now our delicious and healthy and tasty Chettinad masala mutton curry is ready to serve.

Serve hot in a serving bowl 🥣 n enjoy with steam rice chapati, roti, butter naan, etc.
