Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsbaking soda
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2eggs
  • 1/2 cupbuttermilk
  • 1/2 cupvegtable oil
  • 1 cupmashed over ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cupwhite sugar
  • 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  • 1/2 cupchocolate chips
  • 1/2 cupcrushed almonds
  • 1/4 cupnutella
  • 1tso vanilla)banana extract

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, buttermilk and oil

  2. 2

    Add in mashed bananas sugar and vanilla/banana extract

  3. 3

    Sift in flour, salt and baking soda. Do not over mix

  4. 4

    Baked at 350F at 30-40mins
