Paneer sabji is my kids favourite which I also enjoy making. Try this recipe for restaurant style taste.

Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan. Add jeera, clove, cinnamon stick, elaichi. Let it splutter. Now add garlic, saute for sometime till there is aroma. Now add onions and cook till light brown. Now add tomatoes, cashews and kashmiri red chilli. Cook till tomatoes are soft and mushy. Add little water if required.

Let it cool down and then churn it into fine paste.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Crush kasuri methi in hand and add in heated oil. Now add turmeric powder, dhanya jeera powder and red chilli powder. Now add the churned puree to it and cover and let it cook. Add water to adjust the consistency. Add cream and mix well. Cook till masalas are cooked well with the gravy.

Now add paneer and cook for sometime. Garnish with some fresh cream and coriander leaves. Serve hot with Roti / Naan/ Paratha
