Ingredients

  • 1Medium Onion
  • 1/2 cupMix Vegetable
  • 1 CupOats
  • 1 tspHaldi/ turmeric Powder
  • 1 tspDhania / coriander Powder
  • 1 tspJeera / cumin Powder
  • 1 tspRed Chilli Powder
  • 1 tspCurry leaves
  • 1/6 cupWater
  • 1 tspmustard seeds

Steps

15-20 mins
  1. 1

    Roast Oats For 1-2 minutes

    Boil all vegetables and keep them aside.

    Take one nonstick pan add oil and mustard seeds, onion and currypatta fry for 2 minutes.

    Add mix vegetable fry for 1 minute. Add roasted oats fry for another 1 minutes. Add water and cover for 4-5 minutes until it becomes soft.

    Garnish with coriander leaves
    Serve hot.
