Start boiling 1 litter milk in thick bottom pan. Another side start making paneer for rabdi.

Add lemon juice in 500 g milk and make small balls from the paneer.
Now add that balls in 3 cups water add 3/4 cup sugar boiling water.
Cook them nicely. - 3
Now add sugar kesar and Elaichi powder in that thick rabdi. Cook well and add that balls in the rabdi. Remove extra water from balls.keep it in the fridge.

When serve add pistachios and silver varakh on it.
