Cut ladies fingers, onion slices n garlic keep aside. Take kadai add garlic saute then add seasoning of 1tsp urad dal, 1tsp chana dal, 1tsp mustard seeds n 1tsp jeera n red chillies n hing

When dals splutter add sliced onion and saute then add tomatoes. Add curry leaves. Add bhendi n cover n cook.

Soak tamarind and extract juice. Add rice powder, sambar powder and chillipowder to tamarind extract mix well.

Once bhendi is soft add the tamarind mixture add jaggery n cook.add salt. Once done garnish with coriander leaves.
