This is healthy,as it's leafy veggie only...it's great as antioxidants n carries nutritional pack..gud for skin specially...
Steps

Use oil,add jeera Hing,n pyaz one after another

Fry it till colour gets bit reddish... don't brown it...
Then add ginger garlic, coriander chilli paste.
Once the raw odour goes away,you can add tomato. - 3
Coriander crushed...salt sugar, turmeric,chilli powder(optional)

Gets the gravy done oil should leave surface.Its time to add peas...toss it well to b crumbling yet oil fried..
Add chopped cabbage...allow it to have crunch...don't have mushy ones....but cook it well...
Cover mostly, to capture aroma..
Once done add temper... - 5
It's ready to serve
