Gobi Manchuriyan (indo chinese cauliflower dish) Gobi Manchuriyan (indo chinese cauliflower dish)
Once there was a boy of 8 yrs, he was such a brat that he wont eat food without meat or fish. He used to hate veggies. To make this boy eat veggies, his aunt once made gobi manchuriyan and told him its chicken. He took one bite and knew it wasnt chicken but the dish was so delicious that he couldnt stop eating. Gobi Manchuriyan, a pure indo-chinese recipe that brings the flavour of both india and china into one.20 yrs later, the boy is still a die hard fan of cauliflower and manchuriyan dish. Try it and you wont regret :) Jake -
Slight Spice Egg and Tuna Rice Bowl Slight Spice Egg and Tuna Rice Bowl
I was feeling very lazy one day and needed something fast, so I threw this together. Ended up making it several days in a row until I ran out of the ingredients. I just used whatever was around or had in my fridge. I don’t recall the exact time it takes but prep and cooking should not take more than 10 to 15 minutes. If you’re in a hurry or just very lazy, it really won’t take long at all. Chef Leonardo Boyrntuanegrõ -
Pan-Fried Crispy Oysters with Garlic Pan-Fried Crispy Oysters with Garlic
After many attempts, I recreated this delicious oyster dish I had at a fashionable izakaya!! This is it! I always cook this dish when oysters are in season. Enjoy the simple taste just with salt and pepper!!For best results, drain the oysters well, coat them with plenty of katakuriko and fry them until the katakuriko is crispy. You don't have to rinse the oysters with the root end of a daikon radish. They'll be fried up anyway, so just rinse them with salt water!! Recipe by Tankotankichi cookpad.japan -

I wanted chicken kabobs but it’s raining. So I deconstructed the bobs and did it in an iron skillet in the oven. We had it over rice and it was really good. If you like yours a little sweeter add some brown sugar or honey. SherryRandall: The Leftover Chronicles -

Carolina Reaper Salsa (Caution! It’s Extremely HOT!! 🌶🌶🌶) Carolina Reaper Salsa (Caution! It’s Extremely HOT!! 🌶🌶🌶)
Do you think you like super hot salsa? I dare...no I double dare you to try this one! It’s it’s not only super hot, it’s super delicious!!The Carolina reaper is currently the hottest pepper registered on the Scoville scale. In the winter when I’m not growing my own, I buy the dried pods and just rehydrate them. They are approximately 175 - 880 times hotter than a jalapeño pepper depending on your source so really...be careful. Boca de Fogo -
Spicy Salmon Poke with Crunchy Cucumber Spicy Salmon Poke with Crunchy Cucumber
We are big on raw fish Chez Robinson. While I generally prefer to have sushi out so we can enjoy a wide variety of fish, sometimes a quick and easy poke bowl at home satisfies the sushi craving without breaking the bank.Poke (POHkeh) is a Hawaiian dish of seasoned raw fish and other ingredients, and the possibilities are endless. In our house, we'll eat all kinds of poke, but salmon is probably our favorite fish for the application.I love this combination of rich, raw salmon with the savory crunch of the onion, the refreshing crunch of the cucumber, and the yummydelicious spicy seasoning in which it's tossed.Info about buying sushi/sashimi fish on my blog:http://chezshinae.blogspot.com/2014/04/spicy-salmon-poke-with-crunchy-cucumber.html x -
