Mix flour with milk & knead it & add ghee. Make a dough.

Make balls. Keep it aside. Mix the grated coconut with dates(remove the seed & cut it into small pieces), sugar, broken nuts & raisins. Heat a pan, add ghee, then dates mix. Stir it till sugar melts. Remove from heat.

Flatten each balls with a.roller.cut it into square shape. Apply ghee on the sides. Place dates fillings on one side. Cover it as shown in the pic.

Apply ghee on it. Then cover it with vertical strips, then horizontal strips.

Close it with all strips & fry it in hot oil. Cook it on both sides. Remove from heat.
