Firstly, take 250 grams of Cauliflower and green peas clean and wash in normal water take cooker vessel add Cauliflower and green peas add half a glass of water.

And keep it in a cooker cover the lid and whistle 1 to 2, after that switch of the flame and cooker vessel remove from the cooker.

Now chop the onion, tomatoes and coriander leaves and take a 1 bowl milk and add ready-made kolhapuri masala and mix well, our ingredients is ready to make a gravy.

Heat the pan pour oil and butter add cumin seeds and saute for a minutes, add chopped onion and 2 dry red chilli,

Add salt and asofetidia and cook till the onion golden brown now add ginger garlic paste and chopped tomatoes.

Mix it well cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes, after five minutes open the lid our tomatoes is soft,

Add red chilli powder, Kashmiri Lal powder, turmeric powder, Kashmiri tikka LAL powder and mix it well, Now take a milk n kolhapuri masala mixture,

Add into the tomatoes gravy n mix it well n cook for a five minutes after that add boil Cauliflower and green peas.

Again mix it well for a minute add garam masala and sprinkle some coriander leaves, now our delicious and tasty Cauliflower and green peas kolhapuri masala gravy is ready to serve serve hot in a serving bowl n again sprinkle some Corainder leaves.
