In a pan add 2 tbsp oil and 1 tspbutter after melting add jeera and eliachi then add onion and tomatoes garlic and all the dry species cook till it get soft and mashy

Then take a pan add butter and oil..then add chopped onion saute for a while then add ginger juliens and crushed garlic saute till raw smell loose out..then add puree..and add all the dry species cook till it loose out..after 2 min add 2 tbsp beaten curd,,cook it for 5 min then addcream mix it well..after 10 min if the gravy is too thick add milk acc to ut consistency..then boil it..after add paneer cubes cook anth 5 min.mthen switch off thr gas and garnishing it with more fresh cream.and dry ke
