Today I have shared my favourite Maggi noodles recipe, prepared with a blend of tofu, vegetables, herbs, Maggi hot and sweet sauce, mustard, curd, cashew nut paste. It is a perfect recipe for a quick and tasty snack. Must try for all.

Today I have shared my favourite Maggi noodles recipe, prepared with a blend of tofu, vegetables, herbs, Maggi hot and sweet sauce, mustard, curd, cashew nut paste. It is a perfect recipe for a quick and tasty snack. Must try for all.
Steps

Heat water in a kadai add pinch of salt, add cauliflower, beans, carrot, tastemaker and noodles cover and cook in low flame. After 2 minutes keep aside and add left over vegetables and tofu mix well keep aside.

In a mixy pour curd, tomato sauce, salt to taste, sugar, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chilli, turmeric powder, Kasuri methi, cashew nuts, mustard oil, thyme, coconut mix well and make a fine paste.

Spread a banana leaf then spread one tbsp mustard paturi paste then add veg tofu noodles, tie it with a thread.

First method - Heat a pan spread a foil, add one by one banana leaves packet, cover and cook on low flame.
Or
Second Method - Heat oil in a pan then add one packet cover and cook for 2 minutes each side.You may choose either of the two methods to prepare this dish.

Turn and cook each side till light brown in colour. Then cut open the leaf and serve hot.
