Ingredients

  1. 20 ounceswhite cream of corn
  2. To taste salt
  3. 4 cupsbuttermilk self rising cornbread mix
  4. 1 cupbuttermilk
  5. 2large eggs

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix the cornbread mix, creamed corn, and buttermilk. Set aside 20 minutes.

  2. 2

    Stir in the eggs. Heat the oil and spoon in the dough a dessert spoon at a time.

  3. 3

    Turn as needed. When the fritters are done move to paper towel to absorb excessive amounts of oil. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!
