Ingredients

  1. 6bread slices
  2. 2 tsp coriander leaves
  3. 1 tablespoonchopped cashews
  4. 1 tablespoonkismish/raisins
  5. 2green chillies
  6. 2 teaspoonbhuna jeera/ roasted cumin
  7. 1 teaspoonchat masala
  8. 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. For dahi bada batter
  11. 100 gmdahi/ curx
  12. 1 tablespoonbhuna jeera/ roasted cumin
  13. 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  14. 1 teaspoonchat masala powder
  15. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    First take bread slices and remove sides of the bread from all sides and keep aside

  2. 2

    Now take kaju, kishmish,green chillies and coriander leaves and cut it into small pieces.Now take a bowl and put kaju in it than add kishmish and green chilli

    Now add jeera powder,red chilli powder, coriander leaves and salt mix all together

    Also add chat masala powder and mix well

  5. 5

    Now take some water in a plate and dip bread in it than sqweeze it with the help of hands

  6. 6

    Remove extract water from the bread now take one spoon kaju kishmish mixture and put it in centre of the bread

    Cover it carefully and make bread bada make all vadas with same process

  8. 8

    Now heat oil in a pan and fry bada in it

  9. 9

    Fry bada with both sides until it get golden brown after that remove bada from the oil and keep aside

    Now take dahi in a bowl and add all spices in it

  11. 11

    Mix well than add vada in it

  12. 12

    Cover it with dahi serve it in a bowl and garnish with red chilli powder,jeera powder and kishmish
