Ingredients

  • 4ginkgo
  • 1 packNatto (40-45g)
  • 1/3 pieceTarako /salted cod roe to be eaten raw
  • appropriate doses of powdered red capsicum

Steps

  1. 1

    ①make small fissure on ginkgo with pliers

  2. 2

    ②put ginkgoes into an envelop and seal, then cook with microwave for 20sec. After that pick up ginkgo nut from the shell

  3. 3

    ③cook ginkgo nuts well with pan and chop

  4. 4

    ④mingle chopped ginkgo, Tarako and Natto together

  5. 5

    ⑤sprinkle powdered red capsicum

  6. 6

    ※You can also enjoy with seasoned cod roe.
