  1. Basic Chinese dressing Recipe ID: 2563112

  3. 1 tbspSugar
  4. 1 1/2 tbspSoy sauce
  5. 1 tsp├ Roasted sesame seeds
  6. 1 tbspSesame oil
  7. 1 tbspMiso
  8. 1 tbspPeanut butter (or sesame paste)
  9. 1 tbspGround sesame seeds
  10. 1 tbspJapanese leek (finely chopped)
  11. 1 dashGrated garlic
  12. 1optional Sugar
  13. 1as much (to taste) Ra-yu

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the basic Chinese dressing with the miso, peanut butter, and ground sesame seeds. Taste it and add sugar if you like.

    Mix in the grated garlic and finely chopped Japanese leek right before eating. It's delicious to add ra-yu if you like.
