
Pork Loin BBQ marinade
Pork loin, not tenderloin
Steps

Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl.

Place pork loin in ziplock and add marinade

Place in fridge overnight.

Preheat BBQ and setup for indirect cooking.

Place loin on active burner fatty side up to sear. Flip after 5 mins to sear the other side. Flip again onto inactive burner and close BBQ lid.

Cook using indirect heat at 350 degrees for approx 90 mins, until pork reaches inner temp of 160 degrees.

Let sit 10 mins before carving.
