Boil all chopped veggies in hot water. Drain it & Keep aside.

Then take oil in a pan add onions, cashew and magaj seeds, ginger, garlic. Saute it for 5 min. Then add chopped tomatoes. Saute it till tomatoes become soft. Cool it and add kashmiri red chilli powder, butter and kichen king masala. then make paste of above mixture

In kadhai take oil & butter. Add jeera and add capsicum cubes and onion cubes. Saute it. Then add above paste to it. Fry till it leaves some oil. Add all dry masalas, salt, sugar.

Lastly add boiled vegetables. Mix well.add some kasuri methi for flavour. serve hot with roti or chapati
