Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgbhindi
  • 1onion
  • 2 tspFry onion
  • 3tomatoes
  • 1 tspred chilli
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2Turmeric powder
  • 2green chilli chopped
  • 1 tspsabzi masala powder
  • Oil as required
  • 1 tspzeera
  • 2 tspgarlic

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Bhindi ko wash karain or cut

  2. 2

    Ab aik pan.mein oil garam karain add onion light brown add garlic paste

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes & all spices mix well tomatoes soft hojaein

  4. 4

    Chutney ban jaey tomatoes ki add bhindi

  5. 5

    Well mixed & cook 10 to 12 minutes dum

  6. 6

    Mazedar bhindi ready to cook & serve to chapati salad with raita Alhumdulillah
