  2. 2medium potato cubes
  3. 1 cupmatar
  4. 2piyaz slice cut
  5. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  6. 2large tomato
  7. 5green chili roughly chopped
  8. 1 tbspsalt or add to taste
  9. 1 tbspchili flakes
  10. Half tsp pisa kali mirch
  11. 1 tspkuta dhaniya
  12. Half tsp haldi
  13. 1bari Elaichi 2 darchini 3 loung
  14. 1 cupfull oil
  15. 3 tbspdahi
  16. Dhaniya for garnishing
  17. Half tsp se thora km Pisa gram masala

    1 pateeli mein qeema sabat gram masala piyaz ginger garlic paste tomato or dried ingredients dalen

  2. 2

    1 glass pani dalen or medium to low flame py 20-25 mins ke liyepkny ke liyerkh dein

  3. 3

    Is doran alu or matar bana lein dhaniya chop kar lein

  4. 4

    Jab pani dry hony lgy or qeema achy se gal jaey tb is mein oil add karein

  5. 5

    Jab oil pkny lgy to dahi dal ke mazeed bhunen

  6. 6

    Jab oil nikalny lgy to kali mirch or sabz mirch add karein

  7. 7

    Alu add karein or 3 -4 minute ke liyebhunen

  8. 8

    Ab is mein 1 cup pani dal ke mazeed 10 minute ke liyelow flame py alu galny tak paka lein

  9. 9

    Jab sab gal jaey or oil nikal aey pani almost dry ho tb is mein pisa gram masala add kar dein or flame off kar dein

  10. 10

    Serving bowl mein dalen dhaniya se garnish karein

  11. 11

    Gram chapati ya naan ke sath serve karein. Jazak-Allah😊
