Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2fresh carrots
  • 3fig
  • 4 Khajur dates
  • 15 raisins
  • 10 almonds
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 10Mint leaves
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tbspPepper
  • 1 tsbSugar
  • As needed Honey optional

Steps

5 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and shredded the carrots
    Remove water from carrots

    Now take a big bowl add carrots sugar lemon juice salt pepper and mix well.

    Now add all dry fruits before adding cut them nicely and add in salad. Serve chilled.
