Firstly wash and boil 2 cups of sweet corn by adding some salt. Keep aside for later use.

Keep all the ingredients required for making corn Bhel ready

Now in a big bowl add boiled corn, now add all the other ingredients - chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber, potatoes and geen chillies

Mix well and add 4 tbsp of tamarind chutney and chaat masala

Now add any gathiya papadi Farsan and mix well. Corn Bhel is ready

Sprinkle bhujiya sev from above and serve.
