Grated the lauki and cut all the onion, tomatoes, green chilli...

In a bowl add wheat flour and besan and add all the ingredients 1 tsp chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi,1 tsp salt, ajwain and graded Lauki add 2 tsp oil and mix well and has required water you can add and prepare for soft dough

From dough prepare small balls and give gatte shape..in a kadai add water and boil them then add gatte in the water and cook for 15 minutes

After strain it..then cut 1 inch size like this.

Heat the kadai and oil are mustard seeds jeera til,onion and garlic paste and fry for 5 minutes then add all the ingredients and add tomatoes and fry for 5 minutes and then add gatte and mix slowly and fry for 5 minutes and add grammasala, lemon juice and coriander leaves.

Lauki ke Gatte is ready serve with sauce and green chutney...
