Preheat your oven to 180°. Grease your bundt pan.

In a bowl over a sifter add in your flour and baking powder, add in some desicated coconut and mix.

Beat in your eggs one at a time,scraping down after each egg.

Add in half of your flour mix and your coconut milk. Add the other half of your flour and mix in.
- 5
Pour into prepared bundt pan and bake at 180°
