Steps

First of all take equal proportion of rice and dal and wash it with clear water and then add salt, turmeric, asafoetida and chilli powder. Bake it in a cooker to prepare regular Khichadi.

Take a pan and heat ghee and then add onion, garlic and ginger paste to fry for sometime.

Now add spinach puree, lemon juice and salt to taste. Mix it well.

Now add prepared khichadi in to the spinach mixture and mix it well.

In a pan heat some ghee and add garlic chips, cumin leaves and dry red chilli to fry for sometime. Add this mixture to the ready spinach khichadi.
