Cooking Instructions
- 1
In a bowl, add the cream cheese and sugar. Gradually add the heavy cream and mix it little by little.
- 2
Mix until evenly smooth. If the cream seems a little tough, add a small amount of milk (I like it loose, so I added about 50 ml of milk).
- 3
Brew a strong coffee and add brandy if desired.
- 4
Spread out the biscuit at the bottom of a container and drizzle on the coffee.
- 5
Smooth it out with your fingers.
- 6
Add 1/2 the amount of the cream cheese mixture from Step 2 and smooth the surface.
- 7
Repeat Step 4 and 5 again and chill it in the refrigerator.
- 8
Dust it with cocoa powder before serving and you're done.
- 9
At home, I just dusted the cocoa on the tiramisu and ate it straight out of the container.

Tiramisu seems difficult to make, but it's actually quite easy. You can easily make an exquisite tiramisu! If you mix the egg yolks into the cream cheese a little at a time, it won't separate. Adjust the bitterness of the coffee to the preference of your eaters. For 18 cm [7.1 in] cake mould. Recipe by Maiko cookpad.japan -

Surprisingly Easy Tiramisu Surprisingly Easy Tiramisu
Everyone in my family loves tiramisu. If I make it at home, we can eat to our hearts desire!Since we serve it to our children, I make a non-alcoholic version; even still, it's delicious. For the liqueur, I recommend a coffee flavor like Kahlua. If mascarpone is not available, you could substitute with a 1:1 ratio of cream cheese and strained cottage cheese!Instead of espresso, you can use strong black instant coffee. Classic Tiramisu Classic Tiramisu
Store bought just doesn't make the cut. I had to make my own. It is easy but time consuming, the best things are worth the wait. This really does need to chill for 24 hours. If you can't wait it must be at least 12. Cooking the eggs over a double boiler takes a full 10 minutes but is vital. All steps truly make a masterpiece when finished. Taylor Topp Comacho -

Easy Tofu Tiramisu Easy Tofu Tiramisu
I was inspired by Rurumiko's [Easy Smooth Tiramisu with Tofu]. Since my whole family can't drink coffee, we're really happy with this coffee-free tiramisu. You can also put the tofu mixture into a zip-top bag to mix!I made this because I miss Japanese tiramisu. It tastes even more amazing with lots of maple syrup mixed in. Use 150 g for an extra sweet and decadent dessert.Note: You don't need to drain the tofu, but try squeezing out the water slightly before mixing it in. Recipe by Maccharollu cookpad.japan -
Tiramisu Tiramisu
This recipes is the result of a lot of trial and error. I've been making this for the past 10 years. This time, I made it for my hubby's 40th birthday. The strawberry compote is just a mix of strawberries and sugar simmered together. You could also make this the traditional way and sprinkle cocoa powder on top. I topped it with strawberry compote based on my hubby's request. Coating the biscuits with a generous amount of butter will make it crunchy. Recipe by Mon*chou-chou* cookpad.japan -

#GoldenApron23. I volunteered to make Tiramisu for a dinner event. Lady fingers were outrageously priced which sent me looking for alternatives. I found this recipe which called for cake. Perfect. cindybear
