Boil the abalone with the garlic, salt, and onion for 45 minutes. Reserve the cooking broth and chop the abalone.

Dice the onion, tomato, and avocado; finely chop the cilantro.

In a bowl, mix the abalone broth, Maggi seasoning, habanero hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and grapefruit soda.

Add the shrimp, abalone, onion, tomato, and cilantro to the bowl and mix well.
