Take a vessel, add corn starch and water. Mix it well without any lumps.

Take another pan. Add sugar and water together. Mix it well. Start making sugar syrup. Meanwhile you can roast cashews.

We don't need string in the syrup. Once it is sticky, add lemon juice and cook it on low flame.

Start adding corn starch in the batches. Once it is mixed properly, add 2 tblspn ghee. Once ghee is absorbed do it again. Follow this step one more time.

Once the ghee is absorbed completely, add cardamom powder, cashews, and color. Mix it well. By this time the mixture would be nonsticky and glossy. Pour it into the greased vessel. Sprinkle with some nuts. Let it cool for 1 hour. After that, cut it into square pieces.
