For making rasmalai,boil milk add vinegar to curdle collect paneer keep it for sometime then need with palms to make it soft.

Heat sugar and water let sugar melt add thandai powder to give thandai flavour,make balls of paneer shape in rasmalai and drop in sugar water and let it cook for 10min. It doublesin size.

To make thandai paste soak all ingredients overnight and grind it to f paste.

For rabdi boil full fat milk let it boil for while then add thandai paste and condensed milk drop prepared rasmalai and cook for sometime.

In serving bowl place rasmalai and pour rabdi over it,top with dry fruits and rose petals chill and serve.
