Chicken jalfarezi with fried rice

Cut chicken breast into cube size. Add oil in a pan and then add chopped garlic and chicken cubes.

When chicken turns into white colour then add salt, black pepper and soya sauce.

Now add vegetables, tomato sauce and chicken stock and cook until the stock simmers and biloiled.

Dissolve cornflour into water and mix into chicken then cook continuously till thicken.

Chicken jalfarezi is ready to serve with fried rice and egg noodles.
