Hearty goat stew
I love a good wet fry, but sometimes, soup just hits the spot💛

Heat up some oil in your pot, once its very hot, brown your meat in 2 batches. Do not stir, just let the moisture from the meat evaporate and turn once when its done. Cook for 3 minutes longer then remove. Add your second batch, repeat.

In the same pot, add cinammon sticks and chilies, sautée for a few seconds then add your onions. Add garlic when the onions start to turn golden.

Cook till tje garlic is fragrant, then put your meat back in. Add salt and pepper, cook for 5 minutes stirring once in a while. Add capsicum, and continue with the same for another 5 minutes. (Timing is important to give the meat time to absorb the flavours before we add liquid)
Once thats done, add your cumin, and stir. - 4
Add tomatoes, a stock cube and paprika, stir and let cook till tomatoes are soft. Add a little liquid if it starts to stick to the bottom of the pot.

For a wet fry, just add a quarter cup of water here and simmer down till done. For the stew, add your broth, and leave to simmer for 10 minutes. Or till you're satisfied with the thickness of the soup. If necessary you can add a tsp of royco mixed with some water to make it thicker.

You can have it with rice or a nice flatbread:)
