  2. 1/2 cupplain yogurt (about 120 grams)
  3. 2 tablespoonschickpea flour (besan)
  4. 1 teaspoonsalt
  5. 1 teaspoonKashmiri chili powder (degi mirch)
  6. 1 teaspoondried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
  7. 1 teaspoonbutter
  8. 1 teaspoonginger-garlic paste
  9. 1 teaspoongaram masala
  10. Juice of 1/2 lemon
  11. 1 teaspoonchicken masala
  12. 1 teaspoonchaat masala

    First, wash the chicken. In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, chickpea flour, salt, Kashmiri chili powder, dried fenugreek leaves, butter, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, chicken masala, and lemon juice. Mix well, then add the chicken and coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for 7-8 hours to marinate.

    Preheat your grill or oven. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers and cook over the heat, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and slightly charred.
