Ingredients

  • 3 cupsFlour
  • 1 cupSugar
  • 11/2Butter
  • Vanilla flavor
  • Egg 11 eggs
  • 1/4 cupgrated coconut
  • 11/2 tbspnbaking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add the butter and sugar and whisk until it melts.

  2. 2

    Add the raw egg add whisk again

  3. 3

    Combine the flour and baking powder and and it gently into the egg mixture and whisk gently until well combined

  4. 4

    Brush the containers with butter and scoop the batter gently into it and bake.
