Every year we go wild garlic picking in our local woods. The smell and flavour is amazing and so fresh tasting.

Every year we go wild garlic picking in our local woods. The smell and flavour is amazing and so fresh tasting.
Steps

Marinate pork mince with sugar, potato starch and light soy sauce for 5 minutes

Soak the noodles in a bowl of hot water

Chop up mushrooms, mustard stem, wild garlic
- 4
Break and beat the eggs in a bowl
- 5
Put vegetable oil in the wok and heat up
- 6
Put mince pork in and quickly stir until the meat changes colour.

Add both mushrooms and mustard stem, mix and cook for 30 seconds

Put the contents of the wok in to a bowl

Put some oil in the pan and heat up
- 10
Add the egg and quick fry and then remove from wok into bowl with the mushrooms

Add oil and heat up

Add the wild garlic and noodles (not the water)

Fry for one minute or until soft

Add the previously set aside ingredients and mix together

Turn off the heat and add a pinch of salt and a pinch of mushroom powder. To taste

Serve with plain rice
