Wash & cut all green leaves..

Boil all leaves in half cup water with garlic,ginger red chilli power, turmeric powder on medium flame for 10 min..

Then blend it in blender to make smooth paste.

In big pot add oil, zeera seeds, red button chillies & chopped garlic then add green leaves paste & start cooking bhoonify till oil separates..

Give oil tarka serve hot..

Give tarka with butter,chopped onion, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, red button chillies.
