Makhana Chaat

In a pan heat ghee add makhana and roast on low flame till crisp

Chop the vegetables and keep aside..

In a big mixing bowl add all the vegetables, all powdered spices, peanut, salt and sugar and mix well

Sugar is added just to balance the flavours you can avoid if you don't like

Once the makhanas are warm crush them a bit and add the vegetables and spices just before serving
- 6
Top with some more peanuts and serve immediately
