Ingredients

  1. 1.1 lbsoyster mushrooms
  2. 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  3. 1 teaspoonmustard
  4. Juice of one large lemon (about 1 shot glass)
  5. 1/2 cupolive oil
  6. 1 teaspoonthyme
  7. 1 teaspoonoregano
  8. A fewchopped parsley leaves from 6-7 sprigs
  9. Salt, pepper
  10. 1little smoked paprika

    Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth or paper towel and cut them.

    In a bowl, mix the olive oil with the garlic, mustard, salt, and pepper.

    Mix very well and use a brush to coat the mushrooms with this mixture. Set aside any leftover oil mixture to use later.

    Place a grill pan or non-stick pan over medium heat and let it warm up. Once hot, place the oiled mushrooms in the pan.

    Grill for 5-6 minutes on each side until they are golden and tender.

    Add the lemon juice, oregano, and thyme to the remaining oil mixture in the bowl and mix very well. Then drizzle it over the grilled mushrooms. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper, a little smoked paprika, and chopped parsley, and serve.
