Mix flour, oil & salt, make a dough & keep aside fr 30 mnt

Heat a pan add garlic, cabbage, capsicum & carrot saute well

Add salt, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, schezwan chutney & soya sauce mix well.

After 30 mnt make roti with the help of roller pin, fill the momos & steam it fr 10mnt

In a bowl add Mayonnaise, schezwan chutney & chaat masala mix well. Add momos mix well.

Heat oil in a pan add momos fry on both sides till golden brown & serve hot with ketchup
