  2. lemon
  3. 2 tbspmirin
  4. 1 tbspcooking sake
  5. 1 tbspmiso paste
  6. 1/2 tbsphoney

    Marinate salmon in mirin, sake, honey and miso paste for 2-3 hrs.

  2. 2

    Wrap salmon in parchment paper.

  3. 3

    Airfry/Bake for 10 mins.
