To the same well known & common Summer Yoghurt Lassi or Chhaas- I’ve simply tried giving it a small tweak & to my greatest surprise.it turned out absolutely amazing & perfectly delicious 😋
Steps
- 1
In a blender jar: Add in all the aforementioned ingredients and blend to a smooth mixture (don’t include the charcoal at this point)
- 2
If you want your drinkables to be even more runny/thinner- Add in a bit more of the crushed ice or may increase the quantity of the chilled water to it while blending
- 3
Pour it out into a Drinking Jar or Pitcher (with a wide mouth): Now place the burnt charcoal in a small steel bowl & add in the oil/ghee to it to infuse the smoke profusely & immediately cover its mouth with the aluminium foil & let it rest alike for about 2-3 mins time
- 4
Once done: Remove the aluminium foil, the burnt charcoal since the desired smoke is well incorporated into the Lassi now
- 5
Now, pour out the same, in you’re drinking tumblers & simply ENJOY THIS FABULOUS SUMMER COOLER.CHEERS.
