Firstly place a pot of water over medium heat. Once the water comes to a boil add broccoli florets and boil for 4 minutes.

Once the broccoli done, drain the water and season it with salt, garlic powder and pepper.

Now make a cheese sauce. Heat a pan add butter and flour. Stir well. Once the flour changes its colour add milk.

Add cheese. Stir the cheese in well and allow it to cook until the cheese melt into a cheese sauce and thicken.

Now add broccoli coat well with cheesy sauce. Add more cheese if you like extra cheese.

Serve hot as an evening starter.
