2medium beetroots
2 cupsyogurt
1 tspsugar
1 tspchia seed (garnish)
1 tsphoney
As neededice cubes
3-4mint leaves

Boil the beetroot after peeling and add to a blender

Add yogurt, sugar and honey to the blender and lot of ice. Blend smooth

Strain the lassi and add to a glass

Add ice and enjoy a healthy lassi cum smoothie

Garnish with chia seed and mint leaves
