Naturally Sweetened Sweet Potato Snacks

I was invited to my friends house, so I decided to make something to bring along. I tried using sweet potatoes instead of regular potatoes like I normally use.
They're also great if you sprinkle a sweetener of your choice (granulated or powered sugar, cinnamon sugar, etc.) over them. Recipe by shokolat

Steps
- 1
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into appropriately-sized pieces. Boil or steam. Maybe it's just me, but they seem to lose their sweetness if microwaved.
- 2
Once they're cooked, mash into a paste.
- 3
Add flour, butter, and milk. Mix, then form the dough into a ball.
- 4
Put into a plastic bag and roll out flat. Then put in the freezer to firm up a little. This will make it easy to cut into slices.
- 5
Cut into 2-3 mm wide pieces and place on a lined baking tray.
- 6
Bake in a preheated oven at 180-200℃ for about 13 minutes, and they're done. Adjust the temperature and baking time to your oven.
