Cooking Instructions

Score the chicken and season with sake, salt and pepper (not listed), and rub in the seasonings.

Combine the seasonings listed * together.
- 3
Heat a frying pan and brown the meat well.
- 4
When it's cooked through, add in the combined sauce from Step 2 and sauté until the sauce has coated the chicken, and it's done 〜 ♪
