  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • as requiredDry nuts for garnish

    Take a wok,heat ghee,

    Add boil& grated potato, roast this in slow flam until colour change

  3. 3

    Add sugar and elaichi powder dry this it's ready to serve garnish with chopped nuts.
