Cooking Instructions

Peel and cut normal slice of tinday. Sprinkle pinch salt and rest for 10 min:. After 10 min:wash and put in strainer and dry it.

Take a bowl, add besan, salt, chilli flakes and baking soda. Add water make medium thick dough, just like aloo pakora.

Heat oil, dip one by one slice of tinday from batter, coat well and fry.

Agr aap fresh coriander use Kar rahe hain tou finely chop Karen.

If you like, sprinkle chaat masalah and serve with ketchup.
