Make medium thick batter of besan and water add all masalay keep covered

Cut potatoes in round shape slices, take any small lid or cutter and cut a hole in center like we do in donuts.

Heat oil in a big karahi and dip each aalo in besan coat well and fry for few mins each side
- 4
Take out when aalo is cooked well and golden.
