Steps

Heat oil in a pan
Put chicken qeema in it and cook for 3_4mins or u till colour changes - 2
Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2_3mins

Season with salt, black pepper, garam masala and crushed red chillies
Cook on low flame for 2mins or until cooked
Remove from flame and take it out in a bowl
Add dhania and green chillies - 4
Mix well and let it cool

Make Samosa dough :
In a bowl take flour add ghee and salt mix well
Now gradually add water and knead a hard dough, leave it for 20 _30mins - 6
Now make small balls of dough

Roll into small saucer size roti and spread samosa filling in center.

Fold one side to form into D shape samosa

Heat oil in in deep wok on medium heat
- 10
Deep fry them until light golden colour
D shape or moon shape samosa is ready we can use mold also.
