For chashni first take a pan add water and sugar and cook until sugar melts compelety then add cardomam powder and lime juice and cook onthoer 3-4 minutes and keep it side

To make rabri we will first boil the milk and keep stirring it will when the milk remains half then add saffron and cardamom powder to it now add sugar to it and keep stirring continuously till the milk remains one fourth turn off the gas rabri ready now it will cool

Take a pan add strawberry and sugar & cook until strawberry becomes meshy then cool down the strawberry crush

Now prepare the malpuas batter take a bowl add amarnath flour cardamom powder and milk and mix it now add fresh cream and mix well and rest for 15 minutes

Now take a non-stick tawa heat the ghee and put the batter on the twa and roast both side of the malpuas and make all the malpuas with same process

Now cut the malpuas help the heart shape cookie cutter and deep the malpuas in the chashni and remove after 1-2 minutes

Now take a serving plate take one piece of malpua then spread the rabri after that add another piece of rabri and repeat the same process for 3-4 times

Now take half portion of rabri & mix strawberry crush in it and spread all over the plate and decorate with rose petal powder and chopped almonds and serve with rabri
