Ingredients

  • 1 Cupapplesauce
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cuppacked brown sugar
  • 2eggs (substitute 1/4 cup applesauce for each egg)
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla
  • 1 cupwhole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cupvanilla protein powder
  • 2 1/4 cupquick oats
  • 1 cupchocolate chips

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease cookie sheets

  2. 2

    In large bowl, mix together the applesauce, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until blended.

  3. 3

    Gradually stir in flour, protein powder and oats. Add chocolate chips.

  4. 4

    Drop a spoon size amount on cookie sheet

  5. 5

    Bake 12 to 15 minutes
